Mobilaris Regional Customer Solution Manager


Welcome to join the fast-growing team of Mobilaris in Australia. With customers already onboard in the region we are expanding fast with lots of opportunities. And now, we are looking to hire a Regional Customer Solution Manager to be responsible for our current customers and installations across Australia. 

About the role

As our Regional Customer Solution Manager in Australia you will be working close to many exiting customers within the mining industry. You will be able to make important contributions to the Mobilaris team and make a great impact on our expansion in Australia. Responsibilities of this role consists of but are not limited to the below: 

Responsible for securingexcellent customer relations 

  • Collect feedback and maintain change request list for each customer, to be summarized and communicated toMobilaris Development team
  • Coordinate the on-site implementation of software fixes, upgrades and/or system setup with RegionalTechnical  
  • Assist in change management
  • Developing education material and providing training on-site
  • Inform of additional functionalities within the product portfolio

Liaise with Regional Sales Manager on sales opportunities in Australia 

  • Identify opportunities for product upsells, professional service consultations and formal trainings
  • Set and manage expectations with customers, including regular and timely communications
  • Mange contract changes and/or amendments during the entire contract lifecycle in cooperation withMobilaris Global 

 Project management for field installations

  • Secure that customer projects run smoothly 
  • Coordinate and request technical support from Regional Support Manager
  • Keeping schedules up to date with help of Technical Support
  • Keeping Mobilaris Global Sales and Regional Sales Manager updated on status in the projects 

 About you
As our candidate, you should have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or similar. Experience with mining and equipment is desirable, as well as an understanding of communication networks is a desirable (Wi-Fi, LTE etc.) As a successful applicant you should also have:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise and analyse significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good interpersonal skills and work well in a team environment as well as with customers
  • 3-5 years of experience of electronicsand/or software design
