In a few months, the construction of a unique sustainable office in central Luleå begins. It will become the new headquarters of Mobilaris and the most sustainable office builing project in the north of Sweden.
During planning, the focus has been to dramatically reduce carbon footprint with a more climate smart building. The office will run entirely on solar power and at the parking lot there will be charging stations and cycle racks. The building contractor Skanska will use sustainable materials and recycle all building waste.
The 3500 sq. office space will be an arena of innovation for entrepreneurs, companies and a variety of skillsets. An open environment where business can meet academia and where innovation thrive.

The building will have flexible solutions for office spaces and will be the home for large and smaller companies. At the top floor, with a spectacular view of Luleå, there will be facilities for events, seminars and conferences.
The construction work is scheduled to be finished during quarter 4, the autumn of 2021.
