Again, we are very proud to announce that Barrick (listed as ABX on the New York Stock Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange), has selected to install the Mobilaris Mining Intelligence system in yet another mine. This time in their Hemlo underground mine in Canada. This follows the installations previously made at Cortez Hills and Turquoise Ridge underground mines as a key part of Barrick´s new digital transformation of its underground mine operations.
Mobilaris Mining Intelligence will provide a real-time positioning of all assets underground and visualize it to users in 3D. Additionally, a tight integration with RapidBizApps and the short-interval planning SW from Deswik will close the loop between planning and reality and hence increasing the production efficiency with a state-of-the art situational awareness as well as increase mining safety.
